1 This is an appeal from the judgment of sentence entered in the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County following Appellants conviction on the charge of third-degree murder, 18 Pa.C.S.A. Â§ 2502. On appeal, Appellant claims (1) the evidence was insufficient to support his conviction for third-degree murder, (2) the trial court erred in permitting the Commonwealth to introduce evidence of Appellants prior bad acts, and (3) the trial court abused its discretion in sentencing Appellant. We affirm.
