On indictment 07-00620-004, charging unlawful possession of a loaded firearm, in violation of G.L. c. 269, 10(n ), the judgment is reversed and the verdict is set aside. On indictment 07-00620-008, charging possession of a firearm with a removed or altered serial number while in the commission or attempted commission of a felony (G.L. c. 269, 11B), the judgment is reversed and the verdict is set aside. On indictment 07-00620-006, charging unlawful possession of ammunition, and 07-00620-007 (violation of G.L. c. 269, 10G[b ] ), the consolidated judgment is affirmed.
