1 Haroon Kearse (Appellant) appeals the judgment of sentence entered September 23, 2004, in the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County. In this appeal, Appellant alleges the trial court erred in denying his motion to dismiss based on Pa.R.Crim.P. 600, 42 Pa.C.S.A. (Rule 600) in violation of his right to a speedy trial.
