1 Appellant, Aaron Jones, appeals from the judgment of sentence imposed on him following his conviction for tampering with physical evidence, claiming that the Commonwealths evidence was insufficient to sustain his conviction. Specifically, Appellant asks us to determine whether a conviction for tampering with evidence may be sustained when the evidence in question was suppressed as the fruit of an illegal arrest, leaving only the testimony of the arresting officer to support the conviction. Upon careful review, we affirm.
