This is a direct appeal from the conviction and sentence of death by the Philadelphia County Common Pleas Court. On April 22, 1998, a jury convicted Appellant of first degree murder, robbery, carrying a firearm on a public street, possessing an instrument of crime, and criminal conspiracy. After a penalty hearing, the jury returned a sentence of death on April 24, 1998. We now affirm that conviction and sentence for the reasons that follow.
